Resumo: O trabalho foi realizado na RECAT (Rede de cooperação técnica aos agricultores familiares), objetivando analisar o desenvolvimento das cooperativas que atuam na extensão rural durante seus surgimentos até os dias atuais no estado de Pernambuco. Cooperativas estas, formadas pela necessidade de técnicos da área agrária em se fazer presentes no mercado de trabalho, após grandes mudanças econômicas ocorridas no Brasil entre as décadas de 80 e 90, fortalecendo nesse período o setor industrial e enfraquecendo o setor primário e fazendo com que as mais variadas áreas profissionais se juntassem para unificação da prestação de serviço e barateamento deste. Além disso, como resultados da evolução das cooperativas têm-se hoje, esses grupos atuando não apenas na assistência técnica, mas na assistência social, sendo então uma das maiores prioridades daqueles que fazem cooperativismo agrícola, melhoria da qualidade de vida do homem do campo em todos os aspectos, conciliando assim oportunidade de emprego com desenvolvimento local sustentável.

Development of Cooperatives that Act in the Rural Extension: RECAT - Net of Technical Cooperation to the Family Farmers

Abstract: The work was accomplished in RECAT (Net of technical cooperation to the family farmers), aiming at to analyze the development of the cooperatives that you/they act in the rural extension during your appearances until the days acts in the state of Pernambuco.Cooperatives these, formed by the technicians' of the agrarian area need in doing presents in the job market, after great economical changes happened in Brazil among the decades of 80 and 90, strengthening in that period the industrial section and weakening the primary section and doing with that the most varied professional areas if they joined for unification of the service installment and barateamento of this.Besides, as results of the evolution of the cooperatives they are had today, those groups not just acting in the technical attendance, but in the social attendance, being then one of the largest priorities of those than they make agricultural cooperativismo, improvement of the quality of the man's of the field life in all the aspects, reconciling like this employment opportunity with maintainable local development.
