Resumo: A inclusão dos complexos enzimáticos Allzyme e Vegpro na alimentação de poedeiras comerciais foi avaliada quanto ao efeito sobre a qualidade dos ovos. Foram utilizadas 200 aves com 74 semanas de idade, submetidas a 4 tratamentos e 5 repetições em um delineamento inteiramente ao acaso, com quatro aves por gaiola. Os tratamentos constituíram-se em controle positivo (CP); controle negativo (CN); ração reformulada (DR) e ração On Top (OT). Na análise da qualidade dos ovos não foram observados efeitos significativos à adição dos complexos enzimáticos (P > 0,05).

Effect of the Addition of Complexes Enzymatic About the Quality of the Eggs of Laying Hens

abstract: The effects of adding the enzyme complexes Allzyme and Vegpro to the diet of laying hens on the quality of eggs were evaluated. Two hundred laying hens aged 74 weeks were distributed according to a completely randomized design into four treatments and five repetitions with four birds per cage. The treatments included a positive control (CP); negative control (CN); a downspec diet (DR), and an on top diet (OT). There were no significant effects (P>0.05) of enzyme supplementation on egg quality.
