Resumo: Objetivou-se avaliar o comportamento visual de macacos-prego (Cebus apella) mantidos em cativeiro e submetidos a três avaliações: interação visual de grupo, olhar vago e olhar ameaçador entre primata e humano. Os animais apresentaram interação visual constante entre o grupo, indiferença ao olhar vago, respondendo apenas ao olhar ameaçador.

Visual behavior of capuchin monkey (cebus apella) keeping in captivity, And subjected to differents contacts with human being

abstract: It was aimed at to evaluate the visual behavior of Capuchin monkey (Cebus apella) keeping in captivity and subjected to three evaluations: visual interaction of group, vague watching and grave watching among primate and human. The animals shows constant visual interaction among the group, indifference to vague watching, asking only to grave watching.
