Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho foi verificar a ocorrência da brucelose bovina por meio do Teste do Anel em Leite (TAL) nos três principais laticínios do Estado do Acre. Foram coletadas 150 amostras de leite nas plataformas de recepção dos laticínios, sendo 50 (cinqüenta) unidades amostrais por cada laticínio. O trabalho foi realizado em três etapas: coleta e armazenagem, incubação e leitura. Verificou-se que das 150 amostras, 73 (setenta e três) apresentaram resultados positivos correspondendo a 48,7% do total. O Laticínio 1 (Lat 1) foi o que apresentou maior incidência da doença com 70% dos resultados positivos. O Laticínio 2 (Lat 2) apresentou menor índice com 26% positivos e o Laticínio 3 (Lat 3) obteve 50% dos resultados positivos. Concluiu-se que é elevada a incidência de brucelose bovina nas propriedades que entregam leite nas três principais plataformas de recepção do Estado. Contudo, são necessários estudos detalhados a cerca da epidemiologia da doença no Estado do Acre.

Survey of bovine brucellosis to ring in the milk (TAL) in major platforms of the State of Acre dairy

abstract: The objective was to verify the occurrence of bovine brucellosis by means of the Milk Ring Test (TAL) in the three major dairy of Acre State. One hundred and fifty samples of milk were collected in the dairy platforms of receipt, being 50 units for each dairy sample. The study was conducted in three stages: collection and storage, incubation and reading. It was found that from the 150 samples, 73 (seventy-three) had positive results corresponding to 48,7% of total. The Dairy 1 (Lat 1) presented the highest incidence of the disease with 70% of positive results. Dairy 2 (Lat 2) showed a lower rate with 26% positive and Dairy 3 (Lat 3) obtained 50% of positive results. It was concluded that there is a high incidence of bovine brucellosis in the properties that deliver milk in the three major platforms of receipt of the state. However, detailed studies are needed about the epidemiology of the disease in the state of Acre.
